Integrated inspection.
Soffit, fascia, gutter, flashing, and siding conditions are evaluated together.
Siding options
The parts above the siding — where most of the water intrusion in failing siding actually starts.
In 60 seconds
A siding project done right usually touches soffit, fascia, trim and gutters. Water that gets behind siding almost always came from above — a clogged gutter overflowing behind the fascia, a rotted fascia board letting water into the soffit, or a soffit leak dripping into the top course of siding.
Fixing just the siding without fixing what is above it is a short-term patch. SJCC estimators inspect soffit, fascia and gutter condition on every siding estimate and quote the work needed as part of the project.
Material and method
Soffit, fascia, gutter, flashing, and siding conditions are evaluated together.
Aluminum or vinyl soffit, aluminum-wrapped or PVC fascia, and 5-inch or 6-inch K-style aluminum gutters are available.
Downspouts and splash blocks are included where quoted; gutter guards are available as an upgrade.
Written protection
Your written quote
Soffit, fascia, and gutter work is quoted separately from siding by linear foot, access, demolition, substrate condition, and material. The written estimate identifies every included edge and elevation.
