Every major decision is written down. Every handoff has an owner. Every warranty is activated.
Material selection
Once you sign, we bring physical samples to the house — 12-inch siding sections, trim profiles, and corner post options. Final color and trim decisions go into the contract.
Order & schedule
Vinyl: 2–3 weeks to delivery. LP SmartSide: 2–4 weeks. HardiePlank: 3–5 weeks, longer for custom colors. We confirm the install start date 10 days ahead.
Tear-off & inspection
Day 1: full tear-off down to the sheathing. We walk through the sheathing condition with you. Surprise damage is quoted on the spot — nothing is discovered later and billed in silence.
Install & integration
House-wrap first. Flashing at every penetration. Siding by elevation. Trim, corner posts, J-channels, soffit, fascia, and gutters integrated per contract. Daily cleanup.
Final walkthrough + warranty
Every elevation, seam, flashing, and piece of trim is checked with you. Manufacturer warranty is registered. SJCC's workmanship warranty and the material warranty are both printed in the contract.
