These terms govern your use of websites operated by South Jersey Construction Consultants Inc. (“SJCC”). By using a site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website information is not a contract

Website content is general information. It is not a project proposal, final price, warranty, financing commitment, engineering opinion, legal advice, or guarantee. A home-improvement project is governed by the written contract signed by the parties, product documents, approved change orders, and applicable law.

Estimates, promotions, and availability

Website content and examples are not quotes for a specific property. Final price depends on measurement, product selection, site condition, installation method, permits, access, taxes, and written scope. Promotions may change or end and may have eligibility, scheduling, product, and quantity requirements. Product and labor availability are not guaranteed until documented in a signed agreement.

Financing

Financing is subject to lender approval and the lender's disclosures, rates, fees, conditions, and agreement. SJCC does not guarantee approval, payment amount, interest savings, energy savings, or financial outcome. Review all lender documents before accepting financing.

Forms and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the forms. A form submission does not create a contract or appointment until SJCC confirms it. If you request contact, we may respond using the information provided. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, graphics, guides, and branding are owned by or licensed to SJCC unless otherwise stated. You may download the consumer guide for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or create derivative commercial works from site materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape the site in a manner that burdens it, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, or use the site unlawfully.

Third-party services

The site may link to manufacturers, lenders, form providers, video platforms, analytics providers, or other third parties. Those services have separate terms and policies. SJCC is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties about uninterrupted access, completeness, or error-free operation. SJCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from website use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing terms and changes

These website terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SJCC operates and where services are performed, without replacing any mandatory consumer protection. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date.
